Brendan Dolan set to face Jeffrey de Graaf in Players Championship 10 Final

Brendan Dolan will face Jeffrey de Graaf shortly in the final of Players Championship 10 shortly in Hildesheim after a surprise final was set up over the course of the afternoon.

Dolan saw off Graham Hall in a back and forth battle which saw the latter lead for most of the early exchanges before returning when 'The History Maker' was on the brink to make it interesting. But a deciding leg wasn't to be forced as Dolan sealed it 7-5. The former is a well known ProTour winner with nine titles over the course of his career. He could reach double figures today.

He faces De Graaf who is now a Swede instead of being Dutch as he has returned to form on his PDC Tour Card return. Seeing off Krzysztof Ratajski also 7-5, he was the better player throughout and somewhat let Ratajski into the tie in the latter stages through missed darts at doubles and obvious nerves. But who joins Michael Smith in being victorious from this double header.
