Highest average for Menzies at Players Championship 19

The 19th Players Championship of the year was a triumph for Callan Rydz, who was too strong for Dave Chisnall in the final 8-7.

However, the highest average of the day was not for Rydz, but rather for Cameron Menzies. The Scot posted an average of 114.58 during his 6-2 victory at the last 32 against Rob Cross. Menzies eventually lost in the quarter-finals, 6-4 against James Wade.

The second highest average came in the name of George Killington. The Englishman won 6-0 over Damon Heta in the last 64 with an average of 114.15. Completing the top three is Joe Cullen, who won 6-1 over Raymond van Barneveld in the last 32, averaging 110.35.
