The final is set at Players Championship 7 with Josh Rock set to face off against Chris Dobey shortly for the first title of the week in Leicester.
Dobey in particular showcased his excellence during his win over Ross Smith blasting 'Smudger' 7-3 with a near 110 average in the process to set his stall out today for a title. He will face Rock who saw off Luke Woodhouse in the semi-finals by the same scoreline.
On a day that has also seen a nine-dart finish from Dobey, it could be a third ProTour title and a first since 2021 for 'Hollywood'. For Rock after a poor followup in 2023 to his debut campaign, it would be a first since 2022.
