Jamie Bain has resigned his PDC Tour Card a year into his two years which means as a result there will be an extra spot on offer at Q-School, it has been revealed.
Bain recently left MDA Promotions, the stable which includes the likes of Daryl Gurney and James Wilson; he has now seemingly left for the PDC Tour for the time being.
The Aberdeen thrower was asked about whether this was the case on Twitter which was confirmed by him; he said that he has other commitments at the moment which mean he can’t fully commit to the tour; so he would rather another player can use it fully.
