Dave Chisnall claimed his third title of the year and his second overall European Tour triumph at the Danish Darts Open in Copenhagen.

Chisnall defeated Chris Dobey in the final to cap off a brilliant weekend and he said he felt good all day.

Also the St Helens thrower had special praise for both the crowd and his opponent with the former being the key somewhat to his success.

“I felt good all day, both in practice and on the stage and I have to say the crowd really spurred me on, they were fantastic for all players across the weekend.

“Chris didn’t play his best in the final, luckily for me, but he’s someone I respect and he deserves all the success he gets.”
