The race to the World Matchplay continues after the latest round of Players Championship with one player securing a debut and another moving closer.
Glen Durrant has secured his debut in the tournament after his latest title win which he previously admitted was his main goal.
Chris Dobey has edged closer to a debut himself after a good weekend. Also having a good weekend was Max Hopp who himself is just about confirmed.
Ross Smith finally has moved back into the final spot going into the last couple of events; meaning it’s going to be a tense conclusion especially with Harry Ward now having an outside shot.
