Josh Payne completed an impressive win to reach the last 36 of European Tour 2 qualifying.

The World Youth Championship runner-up beat Ben Burton 6-0 with a 104.9 average. He is joined by Keegan Brown, who defeated Simon Stevenson 6-5 despite the Mirror Man’s 104.2 average. John Part’s hopes of a first European Tour appearance ended with a 6-3 loss against Matthew Edgar. A 103.7 average was enough to guide Adrian Lewis to a 6-2 win over New Zealand ace Cody Harris. Kevin Painter also progressed to the last 36. The former World Championship finalist edged out Peter Jacques in an 11-leg thriller. But Mark Webster’s Munich hopes ended thanks to a 6-5 loss to Ryan Meikle.
