Mensur Suljovic continued his brilliant form as of late that has seen the Gentle win the Champions League of Darts and a ProTour event to add to his Euro Tour title he won at the back end of last year and he is on course for a second European Championship final in two years.
He defeated Gerwyn Price who has also been in great form this year and someone who he has a poor record against. Price mounted a mini comeback towards the end but it was too much of a mountain to climb and he succumbed to a 10-4 loss against the Austrian. A 96.8 average, 58% on the doubles and a high 121 checkout from Mensur sees him set up a tie against the man he beat last weekend in Dusseldorf, Kyle Anderson.
