Michael Smith is through to the final in Saarbrucken at the German Darts Open 2018. This is after a 7-1 demolition of Ian White in the semi-finals who had previously downed Michael van Gerwen.

The St Helens ace looks set to add a fifth European Tour crown to his collection and will now take on either Max Hopp or Rob Cross in the final later this evening.
