Geert Nentjes has claimed his second PDC Development Tour title of the year defeating Nathan Girvan in the final of the 15th event of the year.

Nentjes eased past Girvan in a 5-1 win; he looks as good as qualified for the PDC World Championship through the secondary tour route.

The Dutch ace who has been in brilliant form this year which was underlined with him hitting a third nine-dart finish of the season also yesterday; defeated the likes of Luke Humphries, Joe Davis and finally Girvan in the final.

There is one more event set to take place this weekend with Nentjes likely to be among the favourites for a double.
