The permutations have been revealed ahead of tonight’s final regular Premier League leg in Leeds.
James Wade, Mensur Suljovic, Daryl Gurney and Gerwyn Price are the players involved. Wade is through if Gurney or Suljovic do not win, and if this happens Wade has qualified before playing his match but a win or draw will do it.
On the other hand for Price, the Welshman must win or draw and hope that other results go his way in order to qualify. In terms of Gurney, the equation is much simpler. Gurney will be though to the O2 if he can better Suljovic and Price’s results.
Suljovic finally has the very same equation in that he must better Price and Gurney’s results meaning a tense night is coming up.
Qualifies with a win or a draw.
If Gurney or Suljovic do not win, Wade has qualified before playing his match.
If Price draws, he needs Suljovic and Gurney to lose.
If Price wins, he needs Suljovic and Gurney not to win.
Needs a better result than Mensur Suljovic and Gerwyn Price.
