The World Grand Prix field is close to being finalised with Mannheim at the weekend deciding the fate of players especially on the Pro Tour Order of Merit.
Justin Pipe, Steve West, Richard North and John Henderson are all hanging on and barring a big weekend for the likes of Ronny Huybrechts and Vincent Van Der Voort with Last 16 and Semi-Final’s needed, those 4 should qualify for the World Grand Prix.
Of the qualifiers there will be debuts for new PDC star ‘Voltage’ Rob Cross and if he qualifies ‘The Mouth from the South’ Richard North with both men having brilliant debut years.
In terms of the other players that can still qualify, the likes of Zoran Lerchbacher and Jan Dekker need a final while for the rest of the qualifiers, if they achieve a shock result, a debut at the Citywest could be on the cards.
