Gary Anderson back in 2016 was in absolute imperious form and this showed with him firing in a seemingly effortless nine-dart finish during the PDC World Championship semi-final against Jelle Klaasen.
Anderson won the first set of his tie against the Dutchman as a result and added his name to the roll of honour of players to hit one at the World Championship.
He went the usual 180, 180, 141 route and thrilled the crowd at the Alexandra Palace who had already seen ‘The Flying Scotsman’ go close once before.
