Ahead of the Premier League taking place in Cardiff tonight, we take a look back at the top ten averages from previous editions of the weekly roadshow.

Michael van Gerwen tops the list with 116.90 back in 2015 when he faced off against James Wade and smashed him with a 7-0 victory.

Van Gerwen appears as expected multiple times on the list. He is down in 5th as well with his mark last year of 107.87 when he eased past Rob Cross 8-2.

As well as in 2013 with 107.22, 2016 with 105.59 and finally 104.40 and 104.25 in 2015 and 2017 to round out the list.

The only other players to appear on the list are Phil Taylor and Gary Anderson. The former’s  highest mark came in 2012 when he defeated Kevin Painter 8-2 with a 113.30 average.

Gary Anderson on the otherhand’s highest average came all the way back in 2009 when he defeated John Part 7-4 with a 107.40. He appears four times overall on the list.
