The PDC Order of Merit has been updated after the first two Players Championship events of the season were completed in Barnsley.

Gary Anderson and Nathan Aspinall took the honours in the two events but there was rises for the likes of Chris Dobey and Jeffrey de Zwaan.

Dobey and De Zwaan continue towards the Top 16 going up to 18th and 19th respectively after jumping Krzysztof Ratajski who is now down in 20th place.

Aspinall didn’t have a rise up the rankings but it seems like he is edging closer to 7th in the Order of Merit and taking the place of Daryl Gurney as a result.

After his £10,000 added to his rankings, he currently sits only just over £3,000 away from the Northern Irishman so could feasibly replace him in seventh this weekend.
