Michael van Gerwen edged past Kyle Anderson at NZ Darts Masters – but he survived multiple match darts against ‘The Original’.
He described his performance afterwards as ‘absolute crap’ and said it was bad from both players involved in the tie.
MVG added that he believes the crowd deserved more and that he should have done a lot better than he did in the end.
“This was absolute crap, it was a bad game from both of us. I think this crowd deserved more and I didn’t do what I had to do. I’m still ok because I won this game but I could have done a lot better than this.”
