Michael van Gerwen and Dave Chisnall will face off in the final confirmed semi-final at the German Darts Open.
Van Gerwen came through in stunning fashion against Nathan Aspinall surviving a match dart on his way to extending his stunning last leg decider stat to 22 games.
He averaged 107.4 with 66% on the doubles with Aspinall proving a worthy opponent himself averaging 101 and nearly stopping the World Number One.
Chisnall on the other hand also had to survive match darts but three overall against Mensur Suljovic.
It also went to a last leg decider with ‘Chizzy’ reaching his first Euro Tour semi-final in almost two years in defeating the Austrian.
