The afternoon session on Day Two of proceedings at the BDO World Trophy is complete with the likes of Richard Veenstra and Mikuru Suzuki moving through.

Veenstra had to survive a comeback from his opponent who had the darts in the final leg to win but unfortunately for Kenny, it wasn’t enough as Veenstra came through.

Suzuki has sent the defending champion Fallon Sherrock home in a closely fought 4-3 victory. She held her nerve to claim the victory and she will be back tomorrow to face Aileen de Graaf.

Aileen saw off Priscilla Steenbergen earlier in the afternoon in a whitewash as she lived up to her billing pre tournament.

Finally Daniel Day trailed for the most part against Wayne Warren but himself came through in a last leg decider to continue his run.
