The second Quarter-Final has been confirmed at the European Darts Open with James Wade set to take on Mensur Suljovic.

Wade has continued his fine form with a brilliant rout over Dave Chisnall. ‘The Machine’ averaged 101 en route in a 6-1 win with his doubling impeccable as usual. He hit a high checkout of 164 with 46% on his doubles and looks a force to be reckoned with in Leverkusen.

Suljovic will be his next opponent after he eased through his tie with Joe Cullen. This was despite averaging 6 less than his opponent but nonetheless he will be pleased to move through to what will be a tough test.
