Gary Anderson and Gerwyn Price set up mouthwatering clash after double 110 average routs

A top tie has been set up on the final day of action at the European Darts Grand Prix as Gerwyn Price will face Gary Anderson after two epic displays to begin Saturday night in Sindelfingen.

Anderson was first taking on Filipino history maker Christian Perez who became the first winner from his nation on the European Tour. But his second tie was short lived. The Flying Scotsman flew to a 6-1 win with a 110 average pinning four 180’s and 60% on the doubles.

While Price was in just as clinical form. He averaged 110 over Brendan Dolan who himself averaged 101 but didn’t stand a chance. As well as scoring prowess, it was 55% on the doubles too from ‘The Iceman’. We get that clash tomorrow afternoon.

On a night where Luke Humphries and Luke Littler star, it is perhaps Price and Anderson setting the early benchmark.
