The eight participants will play sixteen tournaments. It will be arranged so that a player meets the other participants twice in a quarterfinal. During two weeks of play, in the eighth and sixteenth weeks, the draw will be based on the league table.

Points can be scored with results during the sixteen nightly tournaments. A semifinal earns two points, runner-up three points and a tournament win is five points and a £10,000 bonus. Based on these points, the new Premier League Darts standings are formed. The top four players advance to finals night of the 2024 Premier League Darts.
