Nathan Aspinall has joined Michael Smith in the weekly final in Rotterdam Night 12 of Premier League Darts 2024. 'The Asp' prevailed in the second semi-final 6-4.
It certainly didn't look like that after five legs. With a 15-darter and a 70 finish, Humphries took a 4-1 lead. 'Cool Hand Luke' missed four chances at 5-1 before Aspinall connected with an 18-darter to make it 2-4.
Aspinall then made up the deficit with a 13-darter and a 56 check-out. A 12-darter then gave him the lead before Aspinall finished the match with a 14-darter.
