The PDC has released an additional £750,000 for the 2024 Players Championship tournaments. At each Players Championship tournament, £125,000 will be distributed, bringing the total prize fund to £3,750,000.
Players who win a match on the Players Championship circuit secure £1,000 in prize money. This eventually rises to £15,000 for the winner of the tournament.
This year, all 30 Players Championship events will be played on midweek days at venues in Wigan, Leicester, Milton Keynes and Hildesheim. These tournaments can be followed via four streamboards on PDC TV, in addition live scores will be shared via DartConnect.
Through the Players Championship circuit, players can seal qualification for tournaments such as the World Matchplay, World Grand Prix and the World Darts Championship. Moreover, the Players Championship circuit is the only route to secure placement for the Players Championship Finals.
