On this day 35 years ago history was made in darts with the first ever televised nine-dart finish being hit in the form of John Lowe's effort against Keith Deller.
Back then due to the magnitude of what Lowe did, he ended up earning £102,000 for writing a piece of history.
It was down at the equivalent of the World Matchplay and is still regarded as one of the best moments in darting history.
