Bennett concludes dominant run on JDC Advanced Tour with double title win

Leighton Bennett has concluded his dominance on the JDC Advanced Tour with a double title win over the weekend.

Bennett followed up four wins earlier in the Advanced Tour season with back-to-back titles in Cinderford. This meant he topped the Advanced Tour Order of Merit.

First of all, he averaged over 90 in four of his five wins in Event 11 dropping only four legs en route to the title before hitting a 103.54 and 100.92 against Tavis Dudeney and Charlie Large respectively en route to Event 12.

He will now receive a PDPA Scholarship to compete on the PDC Development Tour next year in 2022 alongside Connor Hopkins and Jacob Hibbert.

A long touted talent, Bennett will now step up to attempt to fulfil his promise in the PDC.
