Saturday, April 20, the first two tournaments were played for the Winmau Belgian Darts Tour. In the end, Brian Ramen and Stefaan Henderyck managed to crown themselves winners in Kortrijk.
The first tournament started with 61 participants, with some Dutchmen in addition to Belgians. The final went between Brian Raman and Stefaan Deprez. Raman previously defeated Stijn Deklerck (3-1), Dustin Straver (3-0), Erwin Missotten (3-0) and Wouter Vanrolleghem (3-2). Deprez reached the final by winning over Geert de Vos (3-0), Rino Ameel (3-1), Steve de Buck (3-1) and Arne Degryse (3-2). The final did not turn out to be the most exciting, as Raman was scoring stronger in the final, eventually defeating Deprez 3-1.
The second event of the Belgian Darts Tour had 59 participants and they were playing for prize money, points and most importantly, the winner would secure a spot for the MODUS Super Series.
The 16-year-old Born van Put managed to reach this final, after victories over Yori Dehaene (4-0), Stijn Deklerck (4-3), John Desreumaux (4-3) and Geert de Vos (4-3).
