24/7 Darts Channel set to return in time for World Championship

Sky Sports Darts will return in time for the World Championship to begin at Alexandra Palace in 13 days time. From December 14th, Sky Sports Arena will be no more during the showpiece event and it will become Sky Sports Darts HD which will showcase 21 days of darting action which will be headlined by the World Championship being shown in full on the channel.
Sky Sports will also showcase documentaries with Phil Taylor - The Greatest an hour long documentary telling the life story of the record breaking, history making 16 time champion of the World who will bow out after the World Championship
Also the new programming includes a documentary/ interview with Mensur Suljovic going through his life story and his route to the top of the darts from leaving war-torn Serbia and then becoming Austria's number 1.
Dave Clark, the main presenter for Sky Sports' coverage of darts spoke about the World Championship "I can't wait for the World Championship to get started.
"I think this year's tournament will be the biggest and best yet - Phil Taylor will want to go out on a high but he'll have the next class of World Champions snapping at his heels. It's going to make for addictive viewing!"
