BDO have announced that the Gold Cup is set to remain at the Magna Centre in Rotherham for the next two years.
The current champions in the event are Scott Mitchell and Lisa Ashton with the duo back to defend their titles in June.
This deal also includes the Champions Cup which takes place on the same weekend.
This could be the start of multiple announcements from the BDO in the coming weeks with Des Jacklin previously stating that they would shock people.
