Dave Chisnall has reached the final day of the European Darts Open, after beating Marko Kantele 6-1. 'Chizzy' had a poor start, as he missed fourteen darts on the doubles in the first three legs.

However, Kantele was not been able to take profit of that. Chisnall improved after the third leg and hit a 11-dart leg en route to the victory.
Three seeds crashed out already in Leverkusen. Justin Pipe and Richard North progressed earlier on the day, after defeating Ian White and Gerwyn Price. John Henderson continued his fine form and beat Kyle Anderson 6-4.
