After initially the schedule for the Premier League being released alongside the PDC calendar, one alteration has been made.
Leeds and Aberdeen will now swap due to operational issues on the Aberdeen date arising. Aberdeen will now be on March 7th and will be Night Five in the Premier League calendar. Then, Leeds will host the final league night before the playoffs on May 16th.
