Dave Chisnall took the win on Saturday seeing off Daryl Gurney in the final as the St Helens ace made it two Players Championship titles for the year. 'Chizzy' will be back on Sunday to try to repeat the feat and do like Gerwyn Price did last time out.
Michael van Gerwen is not involved this weekend and Rob Cross withdrew last night meaning there is real scope for further shocks today.
