James Wade and Steve Beaton, who have each tasted victory on the European Tour circuit previously, will clash on Friday night in a plum first round tie - with the winner set to take on Jelle Klaasen in round two. The 16 seeded players will join in the second round on Saturday as they take on the sixteen first round-winners. The European Darts Open will then conclude on Sunday, with the third round in the afternoon session and the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final in the evening session.
