European Q-School 2018 - Day One: De Zwaan wins Tour Card on first day

Jeffrey de Zwaan has won his PDC Tour Card back on the first day of the European Q-School. The Dutchman beat countryman Dirk van Duijvenbode 5-4 in the final.

Van Duijvenbode was the only player today who won four legs against De Zwaan. 'The Black Cobra' only lost seven legs en route to the final. 'The Titan' got a strong day as well at the Q-School, as he defeated the likes of Danny Noppert and Michael Rasztovits.
The European Q-School will play down to a winner on each day, to give four automatic Tour Cards. The remaining players earning ranking points. Ranking points are awarded with one point per win from rounds where there are no Byes onwards.
