Humphries produced a brilliant performance in the first game to see off William O'Connor and claim his first Euro Tour victory. The Newbury ace hit a 95 average with 4 180's and 6/14 on the doubles.
Hopp played well in the second game to see off Rowby-John Rodriguez hitting two bull finishes including a 84 on the bull to seal the victory. He will play Mervyn King tomorrow.
Noppert ended up coming through against an under-par Krzysztof Ratajski who did not produce the performance expected on him on his opening Euro Tour run of the year. 'Noppie' didn't play brilliantly but will play Mensur Suljovic.
