The JDC calendar has been expanded for the 2018 season, the tour ran for players 10-18 gives the players valuable experience ahead of potential endeavours in darts for example the Development Tour and really nurtures the stars of tomorrow. In 2017 it is a 7 event tour followed by a Junior World Championship which has an Ally Pally final in December.
It will expand to 9 events in 2018 and Steve Brown an experienced player and the chairman of the JDC spoke about being given the opportunity to grow the tour next year.
"We are really pleased to be able to grow the Modus UK Junior Tour next year as this is a great opportunity for juniors in other areas of the country to get to an event and show off their talent,"
"Next year we will be in Exeter, Chorlton and Solihull for the first time. The extra events provide more chances to qualify for the finals, become a JDC Allstar and to climb the JDC Tour Order Of Merit system.
