Meulenkamp and King move into tentative World Matchplay spots

Ron Meulenkamp and Mervyn King both had great runs over the weekend in Leverkusen at the European Darts Open and as a result could be at the World Matchplay over the summer.

It would be a debut for 'The Bomb' at the expense of the likes of Corey Cadby and Vincent van der Voort. Both players though if they exceed the minimum money they earn could find themselves back in the tentative lists with Cadby in particular having the power to exceed both Meulenkamp and King if he plays well.
The final name currently on the list for the World Matchplay in terms of the Pro Tour Order of Merit qualifying spots is Krzysztof Ratajski and he has less chance of adding money to that total with only Euro Tours and Pro Tours (if he qualifies through the Challenge Tour) his route compared to the main tour card holders.
