Mitchell wins Swedish Open

Scott Mitchell has won the Swedish Open. The former Lakeside champion defeated two-time major winner Darryl Fitton in the final 6-1.
'Scotty Dog' defeated the likes of Kyle Mckinstry (4-2), James Hurrell (5-1) and Scott Waites (5-1) en route to the final. Fitton beat Dutchman Willem Mandigers 5-4 to claim his place in the final. Lorraine Winstanley took down the ladies tournament after beating Aileen de Graaf in the final (5-4).
