Nathan Aspinall tops European Tour averages after first 2 events

The European Tour has had it's first two events of the year in Leverkusen and Munich with Michael van Gerwen cleaning up in both. According to the statistics though so far, he doesn't dominate with Nathan Aspinall leading the averages.

'The Asp' has only played 1 event so far and lost in his opening match to Steve Lennon but still posted the highest average so far. Aspinall averaged 102.15.
Alongside him, Michael Smith is second in that leaderboard with 100.85 closely followed by Stephen Bunting and Michael van Gerwen who all have averages in the early 100's.
Michael van Gerwen leads the 180 count with 30 followed by the runner up in both events Peter Wright who has 29. Simon Whitlock leads the checkout stats with 54.8% with Chris Dobey behind him with 53.2%.
In addition, Van Gerwen also leads the 100+ checkouts in both events with 11 and like the other leaderboard he lead, Peter Wright is one behind him. Both players have a best checkout of 170.
