The rules are very simple, Every week the VIPs predict the results of the subsequent round of the Premier League Darts. Choosing the right winner gives one point, and correct result garners three points. The participants do not have to fear a ‘Judgement Night’. Everyone plays along to the Play-Offs, which will be played in London on Thursday 17 May. The one who has collected the most points after the final evening wins the VIP prediction competition. In the first game, 7 out of 8 participents in the league have gone for Simon Whitlock to record an easy victory over Gerwyn Price, who won’t be part of the roadshow after this week. Game 2 is less cut and dry but 5 out of 7 have gone for Raymond van Barneveld to overcome Michael Smith despite the good form of the St Helens ace. 6 out of the 8 have gone for Gary Anderson to beat Rob Cross with 2 draws picked barring that. Anderson has a good record against ‘Voltage’ which could be the main reasoning. Michael Van Gerwen has got a landslide with 8 out of 8 picking Mighty Mike to beat and relegate Mensur Suljovic.
