Raymond van Barneveld sends good luck message to Phil Taylor ahead of tomorrow's World Final

Raymond van Barneveld unfortunately bowed out of the World Championship at the Quarter-Final stage losing for the second year running to Michael van Gerwen who later bowed out to Rob Cross in last night's thrilling semi-final clash which went into the early hours of this morning.
Despite not being in the final, Barney still sent a good luck message to his rival over the years with both men producing some of the best darting duels known to darts fans as the El Classico of Darts or El Dartsico and whoever wins tomorrow will be a win for Target, the darts brand Barney is also a part of.

- I dont like individuals or crowds trying to put any player off when they are trying to check out, how anyone can think its okay for the crowd to whistle or shout as someone is throwing for a double is beyond me but it does seem to have become part and parcel of the modern game. I no longer play now, darts is as good as dead at a local level round my way but when i did play many years ago, no matter how intense the rivalry you never shouted out or whistled when an opponent from the other team was throwing for a double.Mysstree17-11-2024
