Session times confirmed for World Matchplay: No Sunday double session and five matches per night during first round

The session times have been confirmed for this year's World Matchplay with the layout differing from before.

The 27th edition of the World Matchplay will be played from July 18 to 26 but not in Blackpool as usual but behind closed doors in Milton Keynes; with the showpiece event shifting from the seaside resort for the first time in it's history.

As a result, the sessions have changed with no double session on the Sunday taking place. This means that there will be five matches played during each night to make up for the lost session.

The last first round action will take place on Tuesday, July 21. The Last 16 also starts on this night with the Quarter-Finals also scheduled for July 23 and 24, followed by the Semi-Finals on Saturday, July 25. The final will be on July 26 at 9:30pm.
