Cadby secured his passage to the final with a 6-1 demolition of his friend and stablemate Kim Huybrechts. He averaged 102 more than ten more than Huybrechts in an unstoppable performance from the young Aussie.
Cross had it less easy than Cadby in a close game with 'Voltage' averaging 103, 1 less than his vanquished opponent and had to take out 156 in order to win it in the end.
For Cadby it's his first shot at ProTour silverware having won the World Youth title and getting to the final on the World Series while for Cross this serves as a reminder that he is not done.
