UK Qualifiers for European Darts Open confirmed: King, Beaton, Pipe and Durrant among winners

Mervyn King, Glen Durrant, Justin Pipe and Steve Beaton are among the eighteen players who have qualified for the European Darts Open.
'Duzza' will make his European Tour debut in March at the European Darts Open after defeating John Henderson in the final round. Durrant impressed throughout the qualifier with three ton plus averages, including a stunning 116 average in his first match.
King defeated former Lakeside finalist Mark McGeeney to come through the qualifier, while Pipe beat Stephen Bunting. Beaton booked a 6-0 victory over youngster Bradley Brooks.
Scott Taylor, Ricky Williams, Adam Hunt, William Borland, Steve Beaton, Ross Smith, Ritchie Edhouse, Josh Payne, Ted Evetts, Wayne Jones, Matthew Dennant, Jason Wilson, Ryan Meikle, Matthew Edgar and Martin Atkins are the other fourteen qualifiers for the European Tour event in Leverkusen.
The European Tour Card holders qualifier for the European Darts Open will be played later on Friday, with Raymond van Barneveld, Jelle Klaasen, Kim Huybrechts and Krzysztof Ratajski among the participants.
