Wouter Vaes and Casey Gallagher have claimed the titles at the 2018 Open Antwerp in Belgium. Dutch youngsters Daan Bastiaansen and Layla Brussel won the youth events.
Vaes took the title after beating Mario Vandenbogaerde in the final, while Gallagher defeated Tricia Wright in the final round of the 2018 Open Antwerp.
