Van Gerwen leads overall average for European Tour after Hildesheim

The latest European Tour event has been completed with it returning after a few months away and Michael van Gerwen picking up from where he left off.
In new statistics released by Premium Dart Data, Van Gerwen leads three out of four of tables on the European Tour. He firstly leads the averages with an overall of 101.32 over the course of the events so far. This is a lead of 0.27 over Peter Wright in second place.
Dave Chisnall has shot up to eighth after his record breaking average over the weekend. Mighty Mike also leads the total 180’s with 127 overall which he added twenty to over the course of last weekend.
This is ahead of Mensur Suljovic who has 76 overall showing the quality the Dutchman has shown in this year’s European Tour. The only table he doesn’t lead is checkout percentage, Kim Huybrechts leads that with 47.3% overall ahead of Peter Wright in second who has 42.4%.
Finally the champion in Hildesheim leads the ton plus checkouts with 30 ahead of Peter Wright with 21.
