The next three players into the final day of the Gibraltar Darts Trophy are confirmed and they include Michael van Gerwen who reeled off four consecutive legs to defeat his best friend, Vincent van der Voort.

Van der Voort was 4-2 up but let his lead slip with Van Gerwen winning 6-4 with a 107 average compared to the 102 set by 'The Dutch Destroyer' showing that despite them being close off the oche that they can battle on it.
Paul Nicholson was next and he defeated Dave Chisnall 6-3 and will face Joe Cullen tomorrow who averaged 107 in defeating Darius Labanauskas. A 94.24 average with 2 180's as 'The Asset's return to form continues with his first win over a top ten player on stage since July 2014.
Adrian Lewis is through as well to his first final day of European Tour action of the year. He defeated Mensur Suljovic 6-3 as the Lewis of old seems to be finally coming back in some form.
