The second Quarter-Final has been confirmed at the European Darts Open with James Wade set to take on Mensur Suljovic.

Wade has continued his fine form with a brilliant rout over Dave Chisnall. ‘The Machine’ averaged 101 en route in a 6-1 win with his doubling impeccable as usual. He hit a high checkout of 164 with 46% on his doubles and looks a force to be reckoned with in Leverkusen. Suljovic will be his next opponent after he eased through his tie with Joe Cullen. This was despite averaging 6 less than his opponent but nonetheless he will be pleased to move through to what will be a tough test. Michael van Gerwen (101.33) 6-0 (90.14) Jermaine Wattimena Krzysztof Ratajski (87.15) 4 (11) 6 (89.26) Gerwyn Price Mensur Suljovic (93.81) 6-3 (99.77) Joe Cullen James Wade (101.79) 6-1 (98.41) Dave Chisnall Justin Pipe v Darren Webster Rob Cross v Jonny Clayton Dimitri Van den Bergh v Daryl Gurney Peter Wright v Ross Smith
