Peter Wright looked like he was on his way to another Premier League defeat but came back from 6-3 down to draw with Simon Whitlock last night. This brings 'Snakebite' a step closer to safety as a result.

Now he has to hope that Suljovic loses next week in a much more tricky test against Michael van Gerwen while Wright has Gurney. This means it is more in the hands of the World Number Two.
He spoke after the draw and admitted he won't roll over and that he is only going to get better now in the Premier League.
"I did okay last weekend by getting to the final in Leverkusen and I'm still fighting in the Premier League," said Wright.
"I was getting beaten easily but I'm still fighting and I won't roll over. My game is improving and I can't really explain what the last few weeks were like - I seem to have a spell like this each year.
"I wasn't sure what the situation was in the table earlier but this moves me above Mensur and it could be important. I'm only going to get better now."
