Adams wins first group in seventh week MODUS Online Live League

Martin Adams was the first player to qualify for the final group on Wednesday during Week 7 of the MODUS Online Live League.

During the final day of Group A, Adams won four of his five games which kept his lead with 22 points over fifteen games after eleven wins and four defeats.

Niall Culleton (twenty points) and Reece Robinson (sixteen points) finished in second and third place respectively. They will play a new group on Thursday and Friday evenings with Shayne Burgess, Rob Collins and Paul Hogan. The numbers one and two of this group also go through tot the final.

The same goes for numbers one and two from the new Group C. This group consists of Sean Fisher, Nathan Rafferty and Wes Newton and the new entrants Joe Davis, Adrian Gray and Scott Marsh. They play their games on Thursday and Friday mornings.

Unlike the first edition of the Modus League in 2020, the game will not be played online via a webcam, but at a location in Southampton, England. The matches can be followed via the Online Darts YouTube channel.
