Current World Number 1, Michael Van Gerwen has described becoming a father as the 'best thing ever'. Mighty Mike is currently taking time off missing the World Series events in Australia and New Zealand after the birth of his first child, a daughter called Zoe with his wife Daphne.
He said in a short interview with his website : “I’ve had some fantastic moments in my life but this is the best thing ever. Daphne and I are really happy. Zoë is perfect. We also want to say thanks for all the nice messages we have received since the birth.
As well as sharing his joy on his website, he has been posting pictures on his Instagram :
